Has anyone had to replace the throttle body on a V10? And if so what year was your unit & the amount of miles..

Thanks for letting us know. - Update on my throttle body problem, replaced it & everything runs like or better than before, I seem to have more power now & I know I am getting better gas mileage...thanks for all the reply's.

No it didn't stall when I stepped on the gas..don't know about those codes, I do know it does have the wired throttle body.haste maker wrote:

It has been a LONG TIME since I looked at one, but IIRC, on electronic throttle bodies there are 2 sensors (or a dual sensor). One for the microprocessor that runs the throttle motor and one for the ECM.Gjac wrote:

IAC went away when electronic throttle control came in. Also eliminated the cruise control actuator. Eliminating those 2 components, plus better fuel economy and emission controls justified the cost.haste maker wrote:
