Don't worry about buying a MH with 16" tires, they work just fine. If you take care of your MH and inspect it before each trip, like everyone should regardless of tire size, you will be fine. True, the tires are carrying alot of weight, but they ride and handle great. My MY has 16" tires and yes, the larger tires are nice. However, they are also more expensive. Keep that in mind when you have 6 to 8 tires to replace.
