I originally thought of the flasher unit, so I bought a new one and nothing changed.
We're travelling so I took it to local automotive shop who were able to get us in right away (thanks TJ's Automotive, Warrenton Ore) nice folks.
The tech replaced the flasher (new one I bought)and the 15 amp fuse. Both were toast. I checked the fuse this morning and it appears to be OK. Flasher is of course a little more difficult to get at.
I wonder if the 4 way flasher uses the same flasher unit, if so it appears to be working also.
