It was bought at auction in Phoenix about 3 months ago. We bought it from a Truck and RV broker. It's certainly possible it could be previous owner tampering, there's evidence of a CB radio connection, a lube pump connection for sure.
I'm not sure how much a possibility of flood there is. There is no appearance of water damage, the coach is in very nice condition over all and for a unit from Phoenix it looks like it was under cover as the exterior is not sun bleached or sand blasted.
