If you have local OTA tv stations, your best bet might be to get someone close to take a look at what you have and or need. It could be somethig as simple as a fuse, or a switch not working. Worst case would be having to install a new antenna and power supply. If you plan on using the TV much, the expense for a new antenna is not that bad. Probably looking a less than $300 for everything.
