new water pump BUT no cold water!!
It pumps the hot side of all faucets, but absolutely zero cold water. I noticed it first after the installation when I tried to put water in the toilet bowl. Nothing! Same problem whether we're hooke...

When hooked to "city water" is the valve in the "city water" position? Another question: Is the pump itself running when you have a faucet open?
At any rate, you have a valve in the wrong position somewhere. One other thing; sometimes I can't get much of a flow out a faucet if another is open somewhere else. Check under the m/h and see if water if flowing out there somewhere.
