new water pump BUT no cold water!!

From the description of the problem I would guess that during the pump installation something got loose and plugged the water line AFTER the feed to the water heater. That is the only way your symptoms make sense. You or a tech needs to trace the line from the pump past the water heater feed to the manifold that feeds cold water to all your faucets. That is where an obstruction will be found.
On my coach there is such a manifold behind the water heater in the back closet. I have a panel that comes off the side of the cabinet on the DS of the closet.It's a place to start.
