new water pump BUT no cold water!!
It pumps the hot side of all faucets, but absolutely zero cold water. I noticed it first after the installation when I tried to put water in the toilet bowl. Nothing! Same problem whether we're hooke...

Like I said, an obstruction after the water heater and before the cold manifold. Didn't think about the filter as being that obstruction, good to know. Maybe I'll recognize the problem the next time I install a filter backwards, 50/50.
