new water pump BUT no cold water!!
It pumps the hot side of all faucets, but absolutely zero cold water. I noticed it first after the installation when I tried to put water in the toilet bowl. Nothing! Same problem whether we're hooke...

How did he get hot water if he put the filter in backwards?
Easy.

The first "T" is for the cold water inlet to the water heater
The filter only filters COLD water. The designers did not think it necessary to also filter HOT water... unlike my rig where I filter ALL water.
