Newbee help 400 Watt Solar setup help

I have a 2003 WInnebego Brave 36M, got for a deal..lol. Needs 6 new tires...found out it had the window leak curse, previous owners hit something, then it developed a crack on the passenger side which has now grown straight down the middle. But it does not leak.I plan on doing some boon docking,

Taken it out twice since Feb, wish I could do more, if it was not for this mortgage I would Full Time it.

So I am going to replace the 2 Deka DC-24 batteries with 4 Trojan t-104. Picked up a Samlex 3000w inverter (ouch). I figured 400 Watts of Panels (X4 100W)would be good, Ordered a basic setup with MPPT controller from Renogy.

I want to replace the Parallax 7445 converter/Charger. It is on a 6 AWG wire. Just need advice on how many amps I can put in without chaining any wire.Just want a reliable, that will charge up the batteries quick. Torn between IOTA, PowerMax, and PD. Prefer 55 amp or 60. And does it make a difference.

Do I need inline fuses/or fuse box for the solar wires to the battery?

Also, I have read that If I plug a 30 amp female into the inverter it would be like plugging into shore power. Any thoughts?

Thanks

Use any ampacity chart. No. Yes, but I doubt you'll be plugging a 30a female into anything.
