Your 1998 Roadtrek is going to be very different in some ways and also very much the same in other ways as my 2011 Roadtrek. Take a look at my site linked in my signature and you will find a lot of information that will help you. Again, you have no macerator as I do, you have no three in one inverter/charger/converter but rather an inverter and a charger/converter each in its own unit, and things may be located in different places, but the basics are the same. I hope that this helps. Many have found my Roadtrek articles better than the manuals.
