We have an'03 Monaco Monarch with 50k and have been happy with it overall. You didn't say what model but you can go to RVNADA and get estimate of the value. Things to check out would be Ford or Workhorse chassis & engine, date code of the tires, list of updates and repairs. 20 grand is pretty inexpensive in the big picture of things so go for it if you feel comfortable.
