I can never understand this comment. You can fit in most national and state parks without having to have a small RV. With our 40' motorhome we've stayed in all the big parks of the West and state parks throughout the country and up to Alaska. No, you won't fit in every single site but there are sites you will fit. We did this without reservations.
Have you ever been anywhere, ever, whereas there wasn't at least one other rig in there, that was bigger than you were.
