Actually an A will usually cost more of the same year and length and it should.
For doing it right, try and buy your last coach, first, with quality over newness, for beginners and with the largest that you can afford.
As for quality, just drop back in the years until the right one meets your budget and don't accept anything less.
There's good reason why an older coach, can still look like a new one and it's usually because it was built right, in the first place.
Basically speaking, quality will last and new junk will stay junk.
