Hi,
You guys have more questions than me!!
LH drive so everything is ok. In terms of ac power we have a number of options , use my generator or solar to keep my batteries up. All lights etc are 12vt LED. The boiler, central heating ,fridge and freezer are gas electric 240 or battery so I can run on propane which is cheap option. Only the 2nd air conditioner is 240 only.
We have a large inverter. Tv, monitors and on board PC are all 12volt.
My fittings are different .WC is cassette and water tanks fill via garden hose. Grey water no issue.
Hymer is a German top of the line A class and they are remarkably self contained. With 240 ah leisure batteries topped up by solar , generator or the engine we run for long periods without the need to plug up.
One thing I am looking forward to is your diesel prices. We are around 5.5 tons fully loaded and get 24-27 mpg cruising at 60 mph. Over here at £1.30 per litre it's is expensive. It's look like like my fuel bill will halved!
You can imagine running one of your big rigs over here takes a large bank account and there are many!
Thanks again I am appreciating the input.
Cheers
Barry
