It would take decades to "see it all". We've lived in the US since we emigrated from the UK in 1968. We've lived in Washington State for all but three years of that time, and even with 7 years of RVing, all we've seen in detail is a good bit of Washington, quite a bit of Western Oregon and some of western British Columbia.
During trips following job changes, we've travelled from WA to Virginia and back and from WA to Pennsylvania and back, but they were more "hurry-up to get to work" schedules. During our three years in VA, we did some touring by car, with trips to Disney World, to see friends in Rhode Island and to Washington DC with UK visitors, but in 45 years, that's about it.
Of course, raising 4 kids to adulthood tended to rein things in a bit! Our RV years were after the kids had left home, from about early 2000 to last month, with a discontinuity after we junked our turkey Class C and got our recently sold Class A..
