Newbie Help...Did I just mess up my a/c...roof

I was backing up my rv into the garage where for some reason the door began to come down. I didn't notice this until I heard a thud (which was obviously me denting the door). I run up to the top.......

You need to take it off and have it resealed.

Even if you take it outside and use a hose up top, the water could go into the roof and then leak down into the walls where you won't see it until after the damage is done.
