Most class C that age have leaked or are leaking in the cab over area or roof seams, look for delamination in walls around the windows especially. That rig is over 22 years old and I would not waste my time on anything older than 2000. Best used if you can find one for sale is a Lazy Daze built in CA, Born Free, or a Jayco. In General stay away from Forest River, Coachmen, and Gulfstream products since these seem to have the most problems but there are some people who own one and not had any major problems. It's a lot in how the individual took care of the unit!!
