Our 2005 Winnebago Itasca Class C has generally excellent construction ... and I have been all over it inside and outside and underneath. Look under a Class C and look in behind it's cabinets and drawers to see really what's going on! From what I have researched and read in these forums over the years, other Class C makes rarely have anything over our Winnie product.
I wouldn't be afraid of a 1999 Winnie in good condition - other than it's engine and transmission being of an earlier vintage with some drawbacks.
