Newbie needs direction on replacing fuel filter 1988 Class C

just bought a 1988 Travel Master (Coachmen) Class C 27 FT. Ford Econoline 350 to restore. Engine has 30,000 miles and runs good. However, I have fuel problem when it goes up hill. I understand that...

Here's the skinny on the fuel reservoir--it's part of the dual tank plumbing. It may be just fine. Unless you managed to take it apart, that is :)
