Newbie needs direction on replacing fuel filter 1988 Class C

In '88 we bought a new mh on an E-350 with the 460 cu. in. injected, that was first year that Ford injected the 460.
We drove it to Alaska, and purchased a spare fuel filter. We used that mh until the fall of '02 and never used that filter.
I have an '89 E-150 with the 300 six, I wonder if it might use that filter?
