Newbie needs direction on replacing fuel filter 1988 Class C

just bought a 1988 Travel Master (Coachmen) Class C 27 FT. Ford Econoline 350 to restore. Engine has 30,000 miles and runs good. However, I have fuel problem when it goes up hill. I understand that...

You must first upload your pic to a (free) hosting service such as Postimage or Photobucket. After uploading, you will have a URL to use so you can attach your pic to your comment.
