Look at the policy details. Are you trying to insure something for which you might carry the risk yourself? Small deductibles? Do you have mileage estimates right?
Comprehensive risks tend to mean high premiums on that coverage for vehicles that spend a lot of time in storage.
Claims history means a lot more than driving record.
