I have a 29' C 30' really when factoring in the bumpers and have never had a need for a toad. Most of parks and RV resorts I frequent have their own shuttle service and even when I do my three four to five day boondocking trips, there's always someone there who's more than willing to pickup a few groceries or emergency supplies if needed. Plus the neat thing about boondocking is it doesn't take much to roll up the awning and go. I even managed a dunkin doughnuts run in the RV swung it outside of the drive threw no problem.
