Don't think you will find any info on towing your Saab. If you can find out how the differential and transmission is lubed, you might be able to do it. Then you need a baseplate that you would attach to your Saab - I can not locate one made for that application. The Samurai would be a much better toad option.
Now on buying a 1992 Class A motorhome. After you spend $8-12k on it, you can expect to put another $8-12k in getting it road ready and safe. By the way, that particular motorhome with the Ford chassis has a NADA average retail value in my zip code area of $7840 (low retail is $6510). I'm buying tires for my '94 this month - looking at $2800 for six tires mounted and balanced. I could go cheaper, but I would not feel comfortable in doing so!! Also replaced the roof top a/c shrouds. And I need to put some money in fixing my rear levelers. Also my fridge is not working on propane. Need to get that fixed before any long trips. Would rather replace it with a residental, but then need a good inverter, but that would be another cool thousand bucks. My fixed income does not stretch that far.
Now I have a very nice motorhome that is worth fixing up, but I really would like to come up a couple years into a '96 or '97. But in the limited high line brand range I am looking that would cost me at least $37,000, and I do not want to finance. Mine is paid for and has a solid chassis from a high line manufacturer, so I am better off maintaining what I have. I do know people full timing in '89 models of the brand I have, but in what you're looking at??? Don't think I would want to attempt it. Am afraid that if I brought the coach you are looking at that it would end up being abandoned somewhere and I would have empty pockets!
