Welcome to the forum and congratulations on acquiring a coach the easy way. Even with an older coach as long as you stay on top of problems and can do the work yourself the coach will give you many years of memories.
The mobile tanks might help but conserving water would be a better plan. Use the bath house as much as possible and even consider breaking camp to drive the coach to the dump station for a mid-stay dump if necessary which I've done a couple of times.
Your in a prime RV location being in Georgia. The Smokey Mountains to you north, Gulf and Atlantic coast to your south and east and more state parks within a few hours drive then you will have weekends to enjoy. My one bit of advice for the future, get a tent. The Winnie has a lot of room now but as soon as the kids start hitting their teens the coach is going to get small and may want their own space.
