I can't really comment specific to Newmars but I can say I get on a lot of forums And Newmar seems to be the everyone compares to. Check for leaks,waterstains,Woodrot. Make sure to take it for a good test drive getting it up to 65-70 checking for vibration. Also look at the service records. No RV is going to be perfect, even new so keep that in mind.
