Nah can't be. Minneapolis temperature is identical to Phoenix. At least maybe that's what the self proclaimed "safety expert" may think since he is pushing for a uniform standard.
Have to wonder who he thinks is qualified to do the inspections.
Bottom Line: The "News Event" makes nice headlines but is very short on well thought our facts or data. Lots of generalizations but just as many News Announcements I think this is more like the
"World Coming to End. News at Eleven"
self promotion that passes for Breaking News today.
