I own a 2017 Phantom 35SC, that I too ordered from Nexus. Overall it has been a very good coach for us. We are not full timers, so primarily use the coach for towing our trailer to race events and family road trips. I had a few minor issues that was rectified by my local Rv service center via Nexus. No major problems there. I think all RV's will have some issues along the way as well as it's own pluses and minuses. I don't think the perfect RV is out there :) Ground clearance of the trailer hitch was a issue for me too, but I solved that by changing the style hitch I had. If you are getting a good price and the style of coach works for you I don't see a problem
