I've owned a 2011 Phantom, 28 footer for almost 2 yr's. I had some minor problems with it before I left the Nexus factory, but they fixed all them, and it has been pretty much trouble free since then. I feel I saved from $8000-$12000 in buying a Nexus as compared to many other Motorhomes that I was reviewing. We spend app. 60 days per yr. in ours.
If I was fulltiming, it may be different, but my feelings are-why spend over $100,000 for an RV you are only in a few month's out of the yr. You can customize the Nexus pretty much the way you want it.
