EMS is registering 30 amp service. Typically a 30 amp adapter will connect both hots of the RV to the single hot of the 30 amp supply. This has zero volts between L1 & L2 in the RV. The EMS is cutting out various loads (normal load shed) because it thinks only 30 amp supply is available. Power would still be available to all items until the total exceeds the 30 amps when the EMS starts limiting.

Turn on the generator and the EMS knows it has full generator power.

So the first issue to verify is if the L1 & L2 of the pedestal has 240 (or 208) volts. Some are not wired properly. The specifics of the supply testing were not given.

Like I First suggested earlier he needs to double check across the 120V outs and make sure theres 240V there

The IOTA transfer switch is a known failure point. In fact it was recalled, but when it was Monaco had already closed it's doors. Most Monaco brand owners have changed the transfer switch to avoid the fires they were recalled for.

Even if the transfer switch isn't the problem, change it.

My Intellitec EMS sytem has a button on the left side to allow me to select 30 or 20 amp service, even if I am plugged in to 50 amp service.

this is slightly different than your first post? If it all works 100% with gen set then you have not checked everything properly
Take a meter and read the outlet is there really 240V there or not???
I think Dougs answer makes the most sense perhaps its not really a 50 amp outlet even though its a 4 wire 50 amp plug connection??
people suggesting the EMS being at fault does not make sense to me as it would THEN also effect the system while on the generater and it does not
