Start tracking power.. Your Xantrex settings (Would that be a Prosine) are the same as mine.. Those really do not mean much. But I'll translate them for you.
Breaker Size 30 amp: If the load on the inverter plus the converter's draw starts to climb much over 25 amps start throttling the converter to prevent the click of darkness from the breaker (Which by the way is elsewhere, your master breaker panel).
Battery voltage readings look like ALARM settings, BEEP and alert to voltage outside that range.
now... From the default menu go to the one that shows AC and DC in and out (I think that is Menu up one time)
Do you have AC in? NO, check the master breaker
Breaker good.. Check the outlet you are plugged into (TT30 outlet)
Good power at the outlet Start the tracking process.
Look for loose screws and bad connections.. First place is the junction box on the inverter, second is the breaker box.
Been there, trust me I've been there.
