From that quick review I don't see anything catastrophic. WiFi often doesn't work. Are you saying that the water pressure is actually lower than that of your regulator? There's always the pump..
Attitude is always an issue, we see it at beach CG's, and everyones quite aware they are jerks,, but I'm not there to enjoy the cheerful staff anyway, but it sure can spoil the day.
As for the liability, you must not have been around liability contracts lately? Anything that the lawyers have had their hooks in can go on for well over 20 pages just saying it's all your fault. In reality it appears that none of this really stands up once things go to court.. But it looks intimidating.
