No, not Occupy Wall Street.
I am guessing that on any given night a campground with 100 spots has 99 decent folk and one site with some yahoo who is impinging on the right of others to enjoy their time / space / peace / quiet. The campgrounds need to address it so that the other 99 customers a) enjoy their stay, b) come back, c) leave positive reviews. In order to do this they need some rules to point to and of course to be fair the other 99 campers need to adhere too.
Not saying you did not have a bad experience or should cut them any slack - manners are manners and if they did not show you some than sure, move on down the road. But (not you) I am amazed at some of the grief these folk have to put up with sometimes.
