No power between Transfer switch & Main breaker on Generator

I am new to RV experience and this is my first post. Hopefully it will go well. I have a Onan 4000 generator that runs fine and I tested the main breaker and it is good. Power on the line side ...

By "main breaker", are you talking about the breaker on the genset? Normally, there is nothing between the genset and transfer switch, but there is a junction box usually, with wire nutted connections.
