I think the problem is/as someone else posted your engine de rates in first and second to protect the driveline. This sounds wild but have you tried to ease into the throttle instead of flooring it maybe 1/4 to 1/2 till it starts to go? Do you have it in econ mode? I wouldn’t use the econ mode when starting out in your circumstance.
