no power inside my 1994 Fleetwood Tioga class C

I replaced my house battery and my chassis battery both new. Now I do not have any power inside my RV including the rv stereo. Power only turns on when I run the generator or I plug straight to power....

I checked all the fuses the only ones that have power are the two 15 amps and the 20 amps. The rest have no power. I did check the all the fuses with a tester and they are all good. But if i plug the RV to power or run the generaror all fuses have power.
