no power inside my 1994 Fleetwood Tioga class C

Follow the wires from the fuses back toward the battery until you find power. When you find power, the spot you just passed is the problem. Somewhere there is a branch where one leg has power and the other leg does not. You are going to have to find that branch. That is the only way you can have power to part of the panel and not to the other part.

Did you take the fuses OUT to test them? If you tested them in place they can test good even if they are not.
