There is one fuse that is located under the dash to the right of steering column that feeds the fuel pump and fuel pump relay. It is a 20 ampere.
Power to operate the fuel pump relay comes out of the ECM. Part of the ECM is powered by a 20 ampere fuse that is hot in "run" and is marked gauges. The other part of the ECM is powered from fuse marked MT-1 which is a 10 amp.
Output from the ECM to the fuel pump relay coil comes from pin A-1.
