With the ign. switch in the "run" position, you will only have power to the tank for 3 1/2 seconds, then nothing.
The key needs to be in start position or oil pressure to the oil pressure switch for maintained power to the pump. You
CAN NOT test for voltage to the pump, with the key in the run position after the 3 1/2 second time out.
