By "running" I take it you mean the five red across the top rear, the five amber across the front.
Winnebago is a good coach from an even better company. You can look up your exact year and model to find out how the running lights are wired.
I've learned that at least some RV builders wire their "house" part's lights to special circuits on the chassis designated as "trailer." That would make it possible for the running lights on the Ford or Chevy fenders to light (being part of Chassis wiring) and the rear ones (in the tail lights) to NOT light (along with the upper clearance lights) being part of "trailer" wiring.
