No RVIA sticker on 2012 Nexus 24P
I do not see a RVIA cetification sticker on the 2012 Nexus 24P Im considering should that be a concern and also no ladder for roof access

Run away from this scam/deal as fast as you can! Without the sticker my imaginary friend at DMV says you'll get 10 years in the pokey without it.
