No RVIA sticker on 2012 Nexus 24P
I do not see a RVIA cetification sticker on the 2012 Nexus 24P Im considering should that be a concern and also no ladder for roof access

No, the RVIA certification has been recently made more stringent to meet CSA standards so units certified after that date are now accepted as being CSA compliant.
It is not retroactive though, so units built prior to that are still not compliant with Canadian standards.
