If you have good battery and power to the starter, I'd check the major grounding strap--- even take it off and clean the connections on both ends. Ran through a problem like that and could not find what was wrong. In the end someone grabbed the grounding strap and found it red hot-- the only problem was the connection to the frame was corroded and the corrosion was not visible. On my class A unfortunately it was located near the well well thus catching lots of road spray amplifying the corrosion issue which caused the ground connection to fail.
