Sadly the newer RV's do NOT vent outside. All they have is a filter above the stove usually under the micro. :(
It still should have a fan built in somewhere within the filter area. If yours does not have a fan switch installed I'd be calling the dealership. This could be a manufacturing problem where it was accidentally not installed. Either way I WOULD call and find out.
IMHO that just seems stupid to suck up grease smoke just to get stuck inside a filter. :R
It was one of the reasons I didn't buy a new one when they started eliminating the exhaust fan that actually exhausted 'outside' the RV.
