LJ, I first complained to Winnebago who referred me to Lippert's document about oil additives. They would only work for a short while and the noise would return. I then started complaining to Lippert (on their website they have a place where you can send messages) who kept telling me the same thing. When my friend bought a new RV that had the same levelers but was silent, I began griping even more. They finally sent me the jacks that I installed myself (quite easy). Problem fixed. The fellow who responded to my messages at Lippert was named "Greg"
