There is NO WAY to know this without pulling the refer and the cooling unit. If they have NOT pulled the cooling unit, they are GUESSING, at $600 for the guess. I would ask for a written contract that states IF they do this repair and the refer does not perform to specs, you get your $600 back. BTW, this type cooling issue (lack of sealant) usually ONLY happens when in transit and NOT parked. Please call and ask them how they determined this is the problem and post their response. Doug
