Disconnect gas and power 12volt and 110. Disconnect water to ice maker .. Unscrew around faceplate ( covers come off) and pull out .. Have support to hold it at the right level, replace the fans .. I'd add and extra for 3 .. Then reverse What could be complicated ? :-)
