Norcold 1210IM Refrigerator freezing food

I had a problem with My Norcold 10Cu. It was not cooling properly in the fridge, but the freezer was fine. I looked up Norcold and got the number they had on the recall 800-767-9101. I left a message and in 2 days a representative called me back and assisted me with the problem. They were very helpful. Be sure you have your model and serial number, as both would be important to them. In my case, she said there might be a blockage in the coils outside. She told me to take a RUBBER mallet and give the coils a couple of whacks. If there is a blockage that should free it. Guess what. It worked. I now run my fridge on 5 or 6 instead of 8 and the temps are good. I also got one of those fridge fans so the air will circulate in the fridge better.
