the plastic sleeve holding bottom of door in place broke anybody heard of a fix for this thanks jw thompson

Had this problem on my old motorhome.
I solved it by placing a thick nylon washer between the bottom hinge and the hinge pin.
This raised the door so the top pin did not drop out of the top hinge.
